Today, our team had a discussion over our event planning with all the team members.
We met at one of the most be-a-u-ti-ful library in Sarawak -- Pustaka Negeri Sarawak!!
The weather was extremely hot, and Deezah was the first one arrived! After everyone has arrived, we make our
way to a special area which is only allowed to the members of the library.
Then, we started our discussion at 1pm and ends at 4pm.
Our main discussion are on the date of implementation, 25th October 2007.. and it is decided to be held on that day! Yippie..at last, it's confirmed!
We also discuss over the budget planning, the tentative, the activity for each category.
So here's the latest event tentative that has been decided :

0800-0830 : Registration
0830-0900 : Talk Session
0930-1000 : Morning Break
1000-1200 : Activity - Shooting for audio/ video (In tutorial room), graphic in teaching lab
1200-1300 : Lunch
1300-1500 : Editing Session (In Teaching Lab)
1500-1515 : Evaluation Session by team members
1515-1600 : Closing Ceremony
1600-1630 : Afternoon Tea
1630 : End of event
The designs of t-shirt, badge and banner is coming up! We'll post them as soon as we have finalized our event's theme design!
