Hola everyone......:D
Today, our team had a discussion over our event planning with all the team members.
We met at one of the most be-a-u-ti-ful library in Sarawak -- Pustaka Negeri Sarawak!!
The weather was extremely hot, and Deezah was the first one arrived! After everyone has arrived, we make our
way to a special area which is only allowed to the members of the library.
Then, we started our discussion at 1pm and ends at 4pm.
Our main discussion are on the date of implementation, 25th October 2007.. and it is decided to be held on that day! Yippie..at last, it's confirmed!
We also discuss over the budget planning, the tentative, the activity for each category.
So here's the latest event tentative that has been decided :

As promised, here's our designed logo. We plan to get everyone a t-shirt and a badge, specially for each category. Each category (Graphic, Audio, Video) has its different logo, and these students will wear different badges according to their assigned category.
Yippie, we're so excited to do this event!
Here's our logo for the event :
Our theme for each category :
1) Graphic - "Design It"
- Perfectly symbolizes the activity of creating Greeting Cards
2) Audio - "Record It"
- Students will sing traditional songs, or famous 'lagu rakyat'.
3) Vide0 - "Capture It"
- Participants will shoot videos & edit them, ala2 Petronas Advert
4) Lastly, we "Share It"
- The outcome of the activity will be shared among participants and schools. We allow them to bring back their own artwork (burned in a cd), so that they're able to share them with their friends.

Participant Details
Date: 3rd October 2007
Okay, today we prepare a Participants Detail Form that will be passed to the school tomorrow (SK Laksamana). This form requests for student's/ teacher's name, class and the size for their t-shirt.

We've been working on to find 3 quotations from 3 shops for our event's t-shirt. Owh, by the way, these t-shirts will be sponsored by UNIMAS (Thanks to Mr.Johari!). Hm, the procedure aren't easy, since we have to get the quotations, make a justification why we want to order from that particular shop, and lastly wait for the financial department's approval before we can proceed to order our t-shirt.
So, while waiting for the approval, we have prepared the invitation letter for the participating school, requested for permissions to use UNIMAS's bus, and start documenting our activity materials.
Updates on activity plans will be posted as soon as it is finalized. Ganbatteh to Mael, Jijul and Deez for the activity plans!

We need new design!

Hi,
Here's a bit of disappointing news, we have to change our t-shirt design, since all of the t-shirt shops we went don't have dark brown color t-shirt. *sighs*
Some more, we need to modify our student's t-shirt design, due to some costs + time & payment issues - using LPO.
However, we tried to get everything ready before Hari Raya. Hopefully :)
Oh yes, for those who celebrates Hari Raya :
"Selamat Hari Raya & Maaf Zahir Batin"
p/s : How about giving us extra 'duit raya?' - Heee!

Event planning..

We meet again for team discussion at our favorite place : Pustaka! The topic that we discussed about was on the new design of our t-shirt, and the budget allocations.
Jijul weren't able to come, because he's off somewhere else for personal business. The three of us, Ayu, Deez & Mael discussed around 1.30pm and go back at 3pm.
